Dr Dina Pediatric Dentistry Clinic

Dr. Dina Debaybo is the founder of Dr. Dina’s Pediatric Dentistry Clinic. She grew up in a dental family—her mother practiced orthodontics and her father prosthodontics. She is the first American Board Certified Pediatric dentist to move to Dubai, began practicing in 1991, and has implemented standards of care in pediatric dentistry across government institutions in the UAE (Ministry of Health, DHA, DHCC). Over 18 years she trained interns and Senior House officers from government dental institutions and more than 10 years with residents from Boston University Dubai Campus and the European University College. In 2010, she pioneered myofunctional, airway-focused dentistry in Dubai, enabling natural jaw development and growth modification through restoration of nasal breathing and correct swallowing patterns. The clinic operates as a dental home, treating patients from birth to early teens, including those who are physically or mentally compromised, such as individuals on the autism spectrum. Dr. Dina’s clinic is also a center of referral for autism across the UAE and for major airlines. She has served the UAE pediatric community for over 30 years, emphasizing compassionate, pain-free care aligned with American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry guidelines. The clinic offers sedation options (oral and/or inhalation) and collaborates with hospital-based anesthesiologists for complex cases, ensuring safety and comfort throughout treatment. Dr. Dina speaks fluent Arabic, English, and French and centers treatment plans around the child’s needs, including behavioral management and airway-focused strategies.
