Prof. Wael Mohamed Talaat Taha is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Oral and Craniofacial Health Sciences at the University of Sharjah College of Dental Medicine. He holds a Doctor Degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery through joint supervision between Faculty of Dentistry, Suez Canal University, Egypt, and Duke University, USA, and has practiced dentistry since 1998 in private practice in Cairo, Egypt. At University Dental Hospital Sharjah, he manages clinical services, develops policies, supervises programs like Sharjah Prison Dental Service, and instructs workshops on temporomandibular disorders.
